Homes built in Clayton Heights, Grandview Heights and Sullivan Station typically have attached double garages between 400 and 480 sq.ft. Concrete on these homes is usually in good condition, so preparation is normally limited to diamond grinding and standard crack and pit filling.
Garages on 1970s–1980s Newton and Bolivar Heights homes are more likely to have absorbed oil, previous coatings or sealers, and to show settlement cracking. Those conditions can require coating removal or additional repair, which we identify from your photos and confirm before installation.
Cloverdale and South Surrey acreage properties often have detached shops or oversized bays. These are quoted on measured floor area at the same per-square-foot rate, with any non-standard preparation identified separately.

In most cases yes, but the existing coating or sealer usually has to be mechanically removed first so the new system can bond to bare concrete. Removal is treated as additional preparation on top of the standard rate and is confirmed with you before installation.
