Surrey is where most of our coating work happens. A large share of Surrey housing stock is post-2000 detached homes with attached double garages, which usually means a sound, relatively young slab that only needs diamond grinding and standard crack preparation before coating.
Older Surrey garages — 1970s and 1980s homes in Newton, Bolivar Heights and Cloverdale — are assessed differently. Those slabs are more likely to carry oil staining, a previous floor paint or sealer, and settlement cracking, all of which we check before confirming a price.
Full details of the coating system, the six-step installation process and the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic finishes are on our main garage floor coating page.
