Website usage

• You may use this website for lawful purposes related to requesting, booking and managing services.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or business.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site, portal or backend systems.
• Accounts are personal to you; you are responsible for activity under your credentials.
• We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, abusive conduct toward staff or partners, or non-payment.

Quotes and estimates

• Prices shown on the website and AI-assisted estimates are preliminary and are not binding offers.
• A binding price exists only once ABANGHOME issues a written quote and you accept it.
• Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide; site conditions that differ may change scope and price.
• Additional charges may apply for materials, disposal, travel, permits, inspections, after-hours work and licensed trades.
• Quotes expire on the date stated, or 30 days from issue if no date is given.

Bookings and scheduling

• A booking is confirmed when we send a written confirmation with a date and arrival window.
• Arrival windows and emergency response times are targets, not guarantees.
• You must provide safe, legal and unobstructed access to the work area, and disclose known hazards.
• We may decline, pause or stop work that is unsafe, non-compliant, or outside our licensed scope.
• Cancellations, rescheduling and deposits are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Partner applications and partner-delivered services

• Submitting a partner application does not create a partnership, franchise, employment or territory right.
• ABANGHOME may accept, decline or withdraw applications and may limit territory availability at its discretion.
• Applicants must hold valid licensing and insurance for the work they perform and must keep it current.
• Some services are delivered by independent partners operating under ABANGHOME service standards; partners are independent businesses, not employees.
• Partner terms, standards and settlement arrangements are set out in a separate written partner agreement, which prevails for partners.

Payments

• Payments, deposits and refunds are processed by Stripe; by paying you also accept Stripe's terms.
• Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice, and taxes apply as required by law.
• Deposits may be required for large projects and special-order items.
• Late payments may incur interest and reasonable collection costs.
• Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in suspension of service.

Warranty and service standards

Workmanship warranties, where offered, are stated in your written quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products and materials. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, third-party work, weather events, or pre-existing defects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABANGHOME is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Website content is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

• The ABANGHOME and ABANG SERVICES names, logos, brand wraps, site design, text, product imagery, video and software are owned by ABANGHOME or its licensors.
• You may not copy, republish, resell or use our content or branding without written permission.
• By uploading photos or videos, you grant ABANGHOME a licence to use them for quoting, job records and quality review, and for public marketing only where you have given permission.
• You confirm you have the right to upload any media you submit.

Dispute resolution

• Contact us first: most issues are resolved directly through our service review process.
• If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation, then mediation in British Columbia, before starting court proceedings.
• These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
• The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection legislation, including small claims options.
